His designs tell a story, often with children. I either start with a situation I've seen or experienced, and build around it," Bill says. "I want to portray real life, the struggles and triumphs of ordinary people."   To do that, he studies children's faces and body posture and tries to capture them 3 dimensionally. Their innocence and faith reflects Bill's belief that the world is full of wonder and miracles.
